Return & Exchange Policy – ONESTRND

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, online store credit will be issued via email.

To be eligible, the item must be:
-Unworn and unused
-With original tags intact
-In original packaging

Delivery charges of ₹100 will be deducted from store credit.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

In such cases: Our team will inspect the product after it is received back

If no discrepancy is found, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 3 days of receiving the product

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Refund will be processed to the customer's bank account in 5-7 days.
We will not be able to process claims for faulty items raised after this 24-hour window.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In case of a valid cancellation, you may opt for store credit or choose a replacement product of equal value.
