Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)
  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier or logistical issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

ONESTRND will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If an order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unavailability of customer

  • Refusal to accept order

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please email us at onestrnd@gmail.com within 48 hours

  • Share order ID + photos (for damaged items)

  • We will resolve with replacement or refund after verification
